SUPPORTING VOLUNTARY WORK

The IEMS^® programs have been designed because there is a continuous need of competent coaching or instructing personnel. In many cases the ones who would be better equipped to become a good coach or instructor do not have time get schooled and educated. Therefore the development programs are best to designed based on the actual level of sports know-how of the organization.

The biggest need naturally is in the development areas where the local clubs or federations do not have the qualified personnel or the funds to hire top level sports experts. Modern information technology including databases and multi-media is part of the IEMS^® competence.
